Getting there: The airport has a Swiss Federal Railways Station located under Terminal B. A direct train is available from the airport train station to Solothurn’s main train station, 200 metres from the hotel. Taxis can be found outside arrivals and the fare to Solothurn should cost around CHF 220. The bus terminal is located adjacent to car park B and 11 regular bus lines serve many towns across Switzerland. All prices subject to change.
Driving directions: From Zurich Airport take the A1 towards Berne and change on to the A41 towards Solothurn to reach the hotel.
Getting around: The old town centre is largely traffic free and much of the city is easily explored on foot. Solothurn is served by the efficient Swiss Federal Rail system which connects the city with Geneva, Zurich and Bern. Boats are available to Biel. A hire car is useful for exploring further afield.
